Bulk Email Bcc

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

Hello

Does anyone know if it is possible to create bulk emails where all recipients are Bcc instead of To and CC due to strict privacy issues.

I have watched a few videos and read a number of notes but I haven't come across anything part where it advises how you can do this.

Thank you

    Hi RedwoodWaters,

Your needs are achievable. Use the workflow to meet your requirements.

Create a new workflow as shown.

Check As an on-demand process and add Send Email step. Do not check the items in the Start when column. Click Set Properties.

Use the data source selection on the right to add {Contact{Contact}} to the Bcc column. Enter the subject and body. Then Save and Close.

    Click Activate.

Then in Contacts, select contacts you want to send email to. Click "···" on the toolbar and select Run Workflow.

Select the workflow you just created.

Later, contacts you selected will receive an BCC email.

In addition, if you don't want to manually select contacts, you want to automatically select a team or all members in a view. You can do this:

In the workflow's email editing interface, click the select button to the right of Bcc.

Select Contact in the Look for column and the recipient range in the Look in column.

Click the checkbox to the left of Full Name, then click Select, then click Add.

The required recipient has been added to the Bcc column.

The rest of the steps are the same as described above.

    Hope this helps.

    Best Regards,
