Possibility to pause post collection?

Is it possible to "pause" the acquisition of social media posts in the search setup and thus to create a snapshot?

I have searched high and low for a "pause" function but haven't found one.

This would come in handy for me as I only need a pool of posts... The problem is that if I leave the search topic untouched, it will keep on collecting a lot of posts until my post quota will inevitably be reached, but if I edit my keywords, the old posts that aren't included in the new search topic will be deleted (or hidden) and I can't use them anymore...

Buying additional quota is also no option as I'm using the trial version of MSE, and it would still not resolve the issue.

Hi Nicolas,

Pausing is unfortunately not supported. Once you have analyzed the data, you can always remove the search query, this will hide the posts. Later you can re-create the query and posts will re-appear.
