Instruction guides take an important time to appear

Hi everyone,

I'm currently making the first instruction guide with Dynamics 365 Guides. In my guide I'm using images, 3D collection, 3D models.

When I open the user guide as an author or an operator, it take an important time to appear... Is it due to the fact that I'm using this 3D Models? And is there way to speed up the display of the guide?

Hi Nouria,

It could be. But what we found in our facilities is WIFI speed, bandwidth, distance from a node are all really important when we started testing in our factories. We also found that our security systems can also make it lag. Those all seemed to be a bigger factor than than density of the model's we were using.
