How do I make a related entity field unclickable?

Hello - On this Event Product form we have the Existing Product field which is a related entity. It's hyperlinked and takes our users to the actual product itself. How do we remove the hyperlink from this field so our users cannot click into it?

Hi There,

My suggestion would be to use JavaScript to disable the hyperlink for the related entity lookup field.
