Can't set workflow activity's display name and group name

I have a trial instance of D365 on cloud. I have deployed a custom activity and used the Plugin Registration Tool to set its Name and WorkflowActivityGroupName in the property grid. In the workflow designer in CRM however, the activity still displayed under its default name and group name, which is the full assembly/namespace/class name.

What am I missing?
