    Purchase Requisition line
You need to select the relavant PROCUREMENT CATEGORY under the purchasing policy

When this is done all the items related to the selected categories will appear in the PR to select.

    RE: Purchase Requisition line

    Hi Galyna,

Thank you for the suggestion. I have found the cause for my problem and have resolved it. Its learned that I had to Publish the catalogue. When I published the catalogue, I was able to view the item number in the dropdown. Problem resolved !

    Thank you,

    Neeta

    Hi Neeta,

Could you please clarify what exact issue you have? Based on your screenshots - it's possible to select items. When you select item - procurement category should be populated automatically if it's assigned to your item. If you select category - there is no need to select an item- just type in the Product name and do not select an item in the item number drop-down.

    Hi Neeta,

    Try to do the following:

Option 1. Do not select Procurement category, try to select Item number directly. Could you please provide the screenshot of the lookup and PR line and what it is your expected result here .

Option 2. Click Add items, select Procurement category. Do you see the item there? Could you please provide this screenshot as well.

    Hi Neeta.

Are you using purchasing policies? Can you check your category access rule? Details for the rule can be found here:  Set up policies for category hierarchies
