Hi.

I would like my customer to create an appointment with one available resource online, and after that, the specific resource should receive an email. Would you please guide me through.

    Design the appointment form and show it in your portal, and create the entity form.

    Make sure that you store the contact that is creating the appointment in the proper entity form attribute.

    Create a workflow, on the creation of an appointment where the contact field is not empty (means that this is coming from the portal), send an email (using Send Email step).
