Hi

I am new to Dynamics 365 and it could be something small that I am missing

I have created an item number with a BOM and route

Product Information Management > Products > Released Products and selected Item

When I click on the Engineer Action Bar > BOM Versions > Calculation

I enter in the costing group, BOM & Route & Click OK

The cost of the item in the BOM comes up however the cost of the Route is Blank.

Any ideas?

Hi Sharon,

Did you setup costing sheets in the Cost accounting menu? Did you also assign cost categories on the route?
