Hi Mishra,

There is no such documents from Microsoft, but there are some blogs by which you can deploy environments using LCS

Actually for deployment we need to deploy three environment like below -

One Tier-1 sandbox which is a development or build environment.

One Tier-2 sandbox (multi-box environment) for user acceptance testing (UAT).

One production environment with High Availability (HA). This environment is managed and operated by Microsoft.

But in these links not mention properly how to deploy all three Tiers .

Hi,

We understand that you need to deploy the instances but Microsoft doesn't provided any document, also it is not that hard to deploy the instances. Don't expect any document like what we have for Ax 2012. You can follow some blogs and deploy the same.

On LCS Implementation project you have three slots for the three MS hosted environments on the front page of the project. You simply click the Configure button, provide some details such as D365FO version and environment name, and MS will deploy it for you.

Configure button for Tier 1 environment becomes available when you set up VSTS integration on the project. Configure button for prod environment becomes available when your sizing document is uploaded, you have bought all the licenses and you have completed some required steps in the implementation methodology (also on the front page of the project). Basically the prod environment is deployed when your golive date is quite close.
