Unable to hide button "Show As" on Readonly Subgrid in CRM UCI

Hello All,

I have added Read Only grid control on my Sub grid so that it always render the data in form of table and not the list.

However, implementing that feature has led to addition of new button named "Show As" which we do not want for users.

Any idea how to hide it ? I was not able to found it on RIbbon.
