Are there any add-ons that will allow multiple default GL accounts on the Freight, Misc & Sales Tax fields? We have 7 businesses in our GP and currently have to change the GL code for every freight charge, misc charge, and sales tax charge. Is there a better way?

Out of the box, there's no way to default multiple like they want. However, I've seen people do is use Analytical Accounting to track this type of information. Instead of using a 'different' accounts use a specific transaction dimension (Business) and transaction dimension code (business name) to associate a distribution with the right business. This would allow you to track this.
You may want to look at 3rd party products as well. There are a number that allow tracking multiple companies/entities.
