Hi Team,

After the case resolution customer submitted survey form (microsoft formpro). how to store the response in Case stratification field in case entity or else I need to publish the survey reports into the customer analyst particular table statisfication.

Could yo share more detail about "Case stratification field"?

If you mean you want to find the survey response of a case, you could find it in related entity records in D365.
