When creating new items using item lookup code for supplier code & alias for barcode number i find when i click ok after entering all fields and i click on properties or attempt to scan in pos alias has disappeared and when i attempt to add alias again error: item code already exist for this item but item cannot be sold in pos PLEASE HELPP
