Hello Bill,

This is my Actual vs Budget, you can see if theres an Actual Amount.. that Amount is come from Inventory Movement Journal.

and this is my Budget Control Statistic, no show up the Actual Amount

so there is a different between Variance Amount in Budget Actual & Budget funds Available in Budget Control Statistic.

Hi,

I think this is because Budget actuals gets posted based on Main account used in movement journal as offset but for budget control you need to define which type of transactions will have control and movement journal is not in the list.

Thanks for the response,

So, the conclusion is Variance Amount in Budget Actual & Budget funds Available in Budget Control Statistic never be the same because the Budget Actual will be added by Inv. Movement whenever theres will be not in Budget Control Statistic.

Just curious, when you look at the remaining budget, there is still some left over, but when you look at the actual, it turns out there are costs that have been cut.
