Is it possible to see how much service requests, queues, contacts, accounts, etc is consuming storage space in dynamics 365
Yes, simply install "Organization Insight" from the Marketplace. You'll get a lot of useful information, including the most space-consuming entities.

I wonder why does attachment is consuming lot of space since we use exchange online synchronization. It is suppose not to consume space from dynamic.
I don't know If there is a specific statement from Microsoft about this topic.
In my experience, It's the right behaviour because tracked emails becames record in CRM.
To recover some free space, you could think to delete email attachments grater than a specific size. You can find some useful maintenance jobs to schedule on this doc: technet.microsoft.com/.../dn683569.aspx
