I have a unit that is locked as read only and I cannot unlock it. It does not show up under Tools>Input Locks and it is not locked through Workflow. I guess the only way to unlock it is to do it in SQL but I don't know where to do this and could not find anything in Customer Source.
Hi, if this is showing as locked in the input sheet then it means the unit is not defined in the segments (Setup>Budget> select the relevant segment).
I am assuming you have the unit listed in the lines setup (Build> Lines)? If this is correct then please bear in mind that whenever you add lines they need to also exist in the segment setup for whichever segment you decide (main account or division or department, etc)
