Book Button Not appearing on Tablets or Mobile phone

Hi

I am not understanding tablet behavior for Work Order Entity, User has privileges to see Book Work Orders and can see Book Button on Web but cannot see on Tablet, Is this related to security or its a default behavior.

    Hi Partner,

    Currently the Book Button for workorder entity is not enabled for Mobile/Table, this is by design. the button wont be available for users.

    Do they need to search for availability and use the filtering and travel calculations? If not, maybe they can use click "new booking" from the subgrid on a work order?

    We have same issue in our Org. Can someone knows if MS is planning to enable Book Button feature in future, if so please let us know the Release dates for our internal reference.

    Hi,

    Currently the Book Button for workorder entity is not enabled for Mobile/Table, this is by design. However, as Dan suggested above, if you just need to create a Booking record, you should be able to create it directly. But to check the Resource Availability is not a capability on Mobile/Tablet. This is currently not in our roadmap, but please raise an idea, so we can track and triage your request. experience.dynamics.com/.../
