Hi,
I am sending an email using ms flow, previously my flow was working fine but now couple of days I am getting an error "Unauthorized" in flow.

You can refer following link, which may the question for the connection to outlook:
Solution: Please take a try to delete the connection to outlook and create a new connection to see if the issue still exists.

Definitely there could be some changes may be related to permission so I would recommend to re establish the connection and test which will resolve the issue.
