Hello,
I would suggest the below steps:
1. To go to he Default solution then navigate to the incident Entity >> focus on the entity just by clicking it from the list of entities..
2. In tool bar as below click show dependencies ,, then sort by 'component type' column
3. list of processes related to the incident entity will appear.
Let me explain a simple example , if you have a workflow that runs on creating opportunity and contains a step of creating incident.
so this workflow will appear in the list of the dependencies of component type process .
But this list will contains also the list of processes that contain update step for the incident or any other operation related to incident.
But at least this will minimize effort to open all processes one by one to check this.
