Hello everyone,

Hope everyone doing good.

Guys please help me on this.We are using the CRM 2013, here when we tried to sent an email to user getting the below error

"

System.ServiceModel.Security.SecurityNegotiationException:
Microsoft Dynamics CRM has experienced an error. Reference number for administrators or support: #256B446CDetail:"

and we don't have any plugins on this request. could you please any one help on this.

    Hi,

    SecurityNegotiationException occured due to the Kerberos failure which can be resolved by setting SPN. It is strange that you only see this exception on email send.

    try enable trace log in CRM. This error message is meaningless
