We're experiencing a lag on email sends when using real time journeys. We have a simple form submission > send email flow. When the form is submitted I see my record entering the flow but then there is a lag of at least 15 minutes (and counting).
There's no frequency cap etc. How do I even investigate this issue? I can handle a minute or two delay but any more than that for a trigger email seems excessive.
so the email finally came through 30 minutes later, this is not great when using trigger campaigns for timely comms like event reminders. Anyone else experiencing a lag or know how to troubleshoot it - I sense there's an overloaded server somewhere and these email sends are stuck in a queue.
