You would need to reach back out to the Tech person that was assisting you, because there could be some issue with your account setup, and I am unfortunately not able to assist with that, reach back out to the tech person that you were working with for further assistance.

I would recommend that you scroll to the bottom of the forums page, and click on the Contact Us link, to open a ticket to get assistance with accessing the forums page. I hope this helps.
