Route Planner for Sales People

Hello everyone,

I am currently looking for a “route planner” solution for our sales staff, but unfortunately I couldn't find anything in the standard documentation.

The background to this is that it would be ideal if a sales representative could say, “I am in the 12-345 postal code area and would like to plan a tour with a radius of 30 km. Show me all customers who currently have open leads and opportunities.”

Is there something like this in Dynamics 365 Sales/Customer Insights in the standard version, or how have you handled this?

Dynamics 365 does not include a built‑in route planner or radius search for customers, leads, or opportunities. For this type of requirement, most companies use an add‑on by ISV like Maplytics, which allows you to:

Search for customers, leads, or opportunities within a radius

Enter a location or postal code

Build optimized routes for sales visits

Outside the dynamics 365 you can build solution based on Azure Maps ,it would require custom development for this.
