Hello,

I am opening this message on the D365 Sales forum because I would like to know if it should be possible to convert an email that I recieved in Outlook to a new lead into the MSD 365 CRM, using the information in the email signature ?

I would like that if the signature includes :

- email

- first and last name

- comapny

- address/zip/country

- phone (work &/or mobile)

- job title

it should be filled on the CRM lead's form.

Thank you!

Hello, usually this requires a configuration. But I would suggest the simplest thing that would be to copy and paste the information in the lead fields and then if required, you can synchronize your email in the lead.

The Dynamics 365 Outlook app has functionality to achieve this. Here is an article about it Dynamics 365 App for Outlook Overview (Dynamics 365 apps) | Microsoft Learn.
