notes in case entity

need some help on these comments thing in case entity . when i create a case it is adding all the comments like "modified by xxx(my name ) but when one more guy logins and checks the same case it doesnt show him my name but my unit name as shown in the below screen . i assigned full circle(organisational level ) for note in security level . can you please let me know if anyone had this issue ?

    could you share your picture once again?

    can you share the version of crm you are using?

    At the same time when you are waiting for suggestion, if you are using crm online, would be better if you can raise a ticket with MS first.

    when i create a new case it shows my name in the notes but during next workflow

    when my supervisor reviews the case which i created he doesn't see my name in the notes

    Please re-upload your image.

    Please note that you cannot paste the image directly into the input box.

    You have to go to "Use rich formatting" and click the image button to upload a local image.

    If in this way, the picture still shows an error, probably because of the network you are in. Try replacing the network and reposting.
