I am looking for ways to integrate Outlook to Zoho CRM. The main purpose would be that meetings are managed from Outlook and then the data feeds into Zoho CRM. The functionality I need is:
When a meeting is created, a record in the CRM is also created.
When a meeting is edited/altered, the relevant record in CRM will also be edited.
I have managed to find some documentation for custom webhooks but that is for Teams and not Outlook.
Any help would be appreciated.
