Unable to access the Customer`s contact information in CE application

Hi experts,

We have implemented the solution between D365 FO and CE applications using the virtual entities (Customers and Party contacts V3) to see the Customer`s information in CE.
We are getting the below error message in CE application when business user tries to access the Customer contact information in there. As per the error message below, we have tried to look for the relevant security roles in D365 FO to access these data in CE and found a role that is CDS Virtual Entity Application. Then we removed all other roles assigned to the user and added this security role to the user. But still the user is getting the same error message.

Please let me know the correct security role to be assigned to the business users to access the customer contact information data in CE.

    Hi everyone,
     
    Thanks for your responses.

    We have checked the privileges for this entity and assigned those roles to the user who requires access.
     
    Now this issue has been resolved.

    You need to makes sure that the user, who tries to retrieve the information (depending on how the integration is done it could be the specific named user, or some system service account in D365FO) has access to the specific entity "DirPartyContactV3Entity".
     
    The entity is part of some standard privileges/duties and roles in FO, but to find the correct ones, you need to investigate which ones grant access to the entity in your environment.
     
    Check out the privilege "DirPartyContactEntityView", as that should as a minimum exist in your environment.

    Hi, please specify how you implemented the solution between D365 FO and CE applications using the virtual entities. Have you tried to use the dual-write to integrate with dynamics Sales.
