Hi there,
I am learning the ropes in the sandbox and I can't figure out how to do the following:
I have built a scoring system with two properties:
Condition is 'Email opened' = Action 1 point increase
Condition is 'Email clicked' = Action 2 point increase
Sales ready score = 5
I have built a customer journey with various emails hoping to nurture/qualify a lead to be sales ready.
However, I am unsure how to apply the scoring system to the customer journey so that when I test it for instance and have a contact reach the threshold of 5 that they are 'sales ready' and get passed through.
Is this something you could help me with?
Thank you very much.
Thank you so much Leah! this has solved it for me.
Hi Partner,
Dynamics 365 Marketing can calculate a score for each lead based on demographic details, firmographic details, and actions taken by the associated contact (or for account-based leads, contacts belonging to the associated account).

Why you want to apply the scoring system to the customer journey?
When you set scoring model, you have select customer journey as condition:
New Expression: Select this button to add a new expression to the condition. The additional expression further tests the condition based on stored data.
