How to Create an If/Then Condition for an Email Being Responded to

Hello. When I create a Customer Journey in Dynamics 365 Marketing, I would like to create a condition that will allow me to continue a journey depending on whether or not a contact responded to an email. Currently, I see that available conditions include whether or not the email has been opened, a link has been clicked, etc. But there is no condition for whether or not the email has been responded to. Is there any way to determine whether a contact has responded and create a condition based on it? Thanks!

    Hi,

Do you mean that the contacts replied the emails by "a contact responded to an email"?

If yes, it is not supported in customer journey.

Since the reply emails are activity emails rather marketing emails, you can achieve it with workflow or flow.
