Is it possible to copy a backup of my system into another user account ?

Can you give more detail? Are you talking about in Windows?
Are you using On-Prem or Online version?
Hi,
If you share the same version with On Premise.You may copy the backup to another while don't forget to back up the target DB first. If it's the online environment , you could not directly copy instance under different domain.
