I was trying to import data in Dynamics 365 using the contact template downloaded from Data management, tried several times it keeps prompting me from doing so with the error message 'the excel file provided is invalid and cannot be find'. What's the reason for that?
If I use the same template but cut down to 1000 records, it works for the first time. When I am using the same spreadsheet and wanted to import the remaining 113 records, it shows the same error message of invalid excel. I then cut it down to 50, 30, 20 records using the same template, it worked and failed a few times, and cI am finding trouble with the last 23 records, not sure what is the problem here.
