I cant set Period Permanently closed

i am trying to close the year on dynamics 365, when i go to ledger to close the periods, i receive this message (Cannot close period Period 1 when there are source documents remaining to be journalized with an accounting date within the period.)

it says there is non-journalized document, i checked all Sales orders, purchase orders, inventory journals, general journals , payment journals, open customer and vendor invoice not settled.

i can define which document is preventing me from closing the period.

any help ??

    Hi,
     
    You can open the table browser showing the records in the table SourceDocumentheader. You can then search for records where the status is not completed created in or before the accounting period you want to close. The TypeEnumName field will then indicate the source documents to check.
     
    The table AccountingDistribution then contains more details and the accounting date. This table can be linked with the Source document header record ID.
