Error: Menu item output 'DisplayMenuItem1' does not exist

Hello Guys,

I am getting this error (Screen Shot Below ), i have added a menu item button which will print the report. Issue is when i am adding this menu item button and choosing menu item name property as form display menu item it appears correctly. But when i rebuild my project i receive below error and  i can not see form display menu item in the dropdown of menu item button property.

Since form menu item has gone , that's why i am getting this error. Please find the screen shot below.

I tried deleteing and adding Menu item button 2,3 times but still the same story , please advise why this display menu item 1 has gone after rebuild which is causing error.

    Hi Sachin Gupta,

    Do you mean that the Dislay menu item is automatically deleted?

    When you create it, it exists in your project, does not exist after the error?Check it.

    Do you have other operations?

    Hello Blue its not deleting from solution its always there but from Menu Item button properties it disappear from dropdown after rebuild or build. Please find the screen shot , menu item always exist in my project/Solution.

    Have you check "Menu Item type" property?

    It is covered, i can't see your settings.

    According to the error message, you're trying to set an output menu item. But the name suggests that it's a display menu item, not an output menu item. If DisplayMenuItem1 is indeed display, either change Menu Item Type property to Display or remove the display menu item and create an output menu item.
