Has anyone been able to get around VPN blocking the log in to Guides? We get an "something went wrong - The operation timed out - This may be because the list of environments is unavailable at this time." Is there a firewall or port that must be opened?

Hi , I am having the same issue where dynamic 365 guide app doesn’t connect over vpn. We checked firewall logs and don’t see any traffic blocking. Any solution please?
Hi John2k, what is the error message that is shown in your Dynamics 365 Guides app? Is this the app on PC, or HoloLens2?
Can you confirm that when you are off VPN that the connection succeeds?
