The users gets this error message when I push the synchronization or contacts and appointments.
An error occurred in synchronizing appointments, contacts, and tasks for the mailbox while connecting to the Microsoft Exchange server. The owner of the associated email server profile Exchange OnPrem Server Profile has been notified. The system will try to again later.
We use server side synchronization and we have exchange on premises and Dynamics 365 (Cloud)
any idea what is the reason of this error?
