Using anchors in Dynamics marketing Email

Hi,

Did anyone found any documentation about using anchors in Dynamics Marketing Email.

When we add an anchor, it is disappearing after save in the design view. In HTML we can find back the anchor.

How can we link to an anchor?

And of course from user perspective we do not prefer to open the html to find where the anchor is located and to remove it.

Is there also a way to do it directly in the drag and drop designer?

Thanks in advance for your answer.

    Hi Haig Liu,

    Thanks for your reply.

The main problem is according to placing the anchors itself in the design.

I did use the anchor tool in the ribbon:

When I just place it in a blank spot, after save and reopening the email it is gone, but when you are sending out the email there is a red spot in the design:

And of course it is in the html, but we don't want the users to open the html.

When you put an anchor over some text there is no issue, but in that case the text anchored is shown as a link, also not what we exactly want.

Hope anyone can help me out, solving this issue.

    Hi ElineB,

First, I create a text such as “title” and link it to “#section1”:

    pastedimage1666176192443v2.png

And then I create a code like this:

    You tried something similar, right?

But after I click “Test send” the code automatically changes:

Now change the ”-1” to “0”, it will work just fine, or you could just do it at the beginning.
