Hello colleagues/experts,

may I ask you please the following question: I have to launch a 3% increase for 1 customer in the standard service but I do not know how to do it anymore.

The correct option should be ''adjust price" however I am not fully sure if this is the right approach.

    Hi,

    In NAV you are able to maintain different kind of prices related to a Customer.

    For prices of a Service Contract in the Service-Module see this link:

    In regards to Sales Prices of Items you could start from here:

    The thing is, I don' t have permission to run Service Contract form hence I shall review my roles as well.
