Can I see statistics of emails linked to customer?

Hello,

My client has a question regarding emails linked to their customers. They would like to see how many emails they have linked to their customers daily/weekly/monthly from their personal mailbox via Dynamics 365 for Outlook? Is there any functionality in CRM which could show that kind of stats?

Hi Tuomas,

Unfortunately, there is no way to count the number of records that Outlook syncs with D365.

Just to confirm that you are using Dynamics 365 for Outlook or Dynamics 365 App for Outlook?
