Publish Customization error after Language Translation Import

Hi All,

After we import the language translation file to a instance, when we are clicking on Publish all Customizations, it gives an "Invalid Argument" error. When we download the log file, it gives the below message:

You are attempting to update in the active context when there exists an active row, but either the active row has a state other than publish or unpublish
or you are attempting to do a published update of a publishable component, which is not allowed. _Input.FinalComponentState: Unpublish; componentType: 7; objectId: add042f0-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxx;

We tried looking for that object id in the file but no luck.

Can anyone help us find a fix for the issue. If we try to import the old translation back it still gives error during publish. So how can we revert back the issue else how to fix the error.

Any help will be appreciated

    I contacted MS Support and they helped me activate an inactive FCB in the solution solving the issue.

    Also got info that this would be fixed in a december automated release, so before that you need to contact MS support.

    We have exactly same issue over here.

    After importing some translations on Case entity, Publish on this entity fails.

    So we can no longer publish any customization we do on this entity.

    Is there any work around proposed, in order for us to be able to continue publishing customizations, while Microsoft solves the issue?
