Hello, I need to know how to create a segment in Microsoft Dynamics Marketing that groups only contacts who have not clicked on any email in the last 3 months. It would be very helpful if you could give me an example of how the segment would be put together.

Hi，

Maybe you can create one segment, it filters having more than 1 interactions.

Then you can create another segment, exclude first segment in the second.

I think for my purpose it is better to filter by delivered email. The fact is that I need to identify from my entire database the contacts that have not any interactions in the last 3 months, but I cannot choose 0 interactions and the minimum number that MSD allows me to choose is to have at least 1 interaction, but this does not works for me.

Thanks for the response Leah, it was really helpful. The only thing I need to add is that I want to know the total number of contacts in my database that have not clicked on any email in the last 3 months, but in the filter I can't choose 0 interactions. The minimum number to filter is 1 interaction.

You can design behavioral segments:

--Behavioral segments query the interaction records stored in the marketing insights database. Each of these records is generated automatically in response to something a contact did (such as open an email or visit a web page), and is related to the specific contact record associated with that action (if known).
