Connect MaridDB to Power Bi

I am wanting to connect MariaDB ( hosted on AWS server ) to Power BI for analysis which then further be integrated with dynamics 365.  I looked up online the bunch of solutions and nothing seemed to work. I'm not sure if I'm looking into right resources? Can somebody point me to the right resources for getting this task done?

Thanks for any help.

Hi! Take a look at Skyvia: skyvia.com/.../mariadb. It allows to automatically load data from MariaDB and other data sources to data warehouse, and then you for sure will be able to connect PowerBI to it for data analysis.

@adrian I did check this tutorial but it involves the use of some third party software to load data from different places into warehouse. This software is not for free to use therefore I was avoiding to use it. Is there any simpler method which is easy to use without involving any third party software?

    Somebody mentioned these steps community.powerbi.com/.../15433

I don't know if its gonna work?

    Hi Rabbal,

This page provides instructions for extracting data from MariaDB and analysing it in Power BI.
