Activities's subgrid in the contact form that shows email send from case related to the contact.

Hi, everybody,

In my process: I open a contact and from it create a new case, from that case I can send an email to my contact from an email subgrid in my case form (where I can see all emails sent for this case).

In my contact form, I have a subgrid showing activity done from my contact (tel,sms ... ).

What I want is to show these emails activities sending from cases in my activities subgrid form (or if it's not possible in another subgrid in my contact form)

How can I do that ?

    This can be achieved by CRM Rollup views.

    No, what I want is to show my Case's email activities in my Contact form, inside a subgrid :

    1 - Acitivities from Contact

    2 - Case's email activities send to this contact (in this subgrid or another).

    Hi,

    Do you mean that you want to show the Case's email activities in the Contact activity social panel?

    If so, as I know, it could only show the email activities sent by or received to the Contact in the Contact's activity social panel.
