CRM 2015 On Premise- Slow for regular users, fast for Admin

Hii,

We are using MS dynamics CRM 2015 om premise version. While investigating the slow issues for users, we have noticed if regular users are given admini privilege then performance is much much better. Before admin privileges; to open a task it takes 4 seconds, with admin rights its roughly 1sec.

Any suggestions to fix it?

As bac26 states you could ask you DBA to check the database health and add some logging to identify the longer queries.....

How complex is your security model? - if the system works fine for Sys Admins but slowly for users complex security models or excessive sharing are usually to blame...

You would need to do a trace on the server to see the results of why it is slower. Is it on all machines? I would also have your DBA check the SQL database and make sure it is in good health.
