Are you referring to the Unit of Measure Schedule Setup window? This would be the IV40202 table.

i have to make a consumption report for the inventory item. for that i want to know the unit cost of each item based on basic UOM. i am looking for tables to get this information
Here is a complete list of the tables that hold the UofM Column without Manufacturing being installed. You can review the tables and determine which ones to base your report off of.
