Microsoft Dynamics CRM Qualify Lead

Hi, 

I have a user who can't qualify a lead. I'm getting a business process error message. When looking at the details, this is what I see:

I've tried everything and can't  pinpoint the problem.

Can someone assist me please

    If you can through the error, you'll notice that it shows 'is missing...... privilege' I.E under 5 it shows 'is missing prvReadmsdyn_projectparameter privilege'. This means there are certain permissions missing for the user to perform the action. In this case the user is missing the privilege to read from the msdyn_projectparameter table. You would need to add these permissions to their existing security role or create a new role and add them there.     How do I find this table: msdyn_projectparameter table ?

    If I go to Settings > Security Role, I'm not sure I can see the specific role.

    Hi Partner,
    The display name of 'msdyn_projectparameter 'table is 'Project parameter'.
    Go to Settings > Security role, find one role that assigned to this user.
    Open this role, you will find this table under 'Custom Entities' tab.
