This is about trying to gather information about why it happened and if we can find the source that might have triggered the situation.
A requester created a purchase requisition and it went through workflow with only acceptances. It then made it through to a purchase order. About a week later, she received one of those template emails you see from workflow stating her requisition was rejected.
Since everything processed ok we decided not to research. Well, the same day, two more came through. Again, completed through workflow, no recalls, rejections, etc. in workflow history.
I decided to look around and came across the email history and again, didn't find where there were any rejections and even doing a filter on the recipient of user receiving the email there was nothing from the D365 email history showing it being sent.
Do you know why this could happen?
Is there a place I could see the source triggering the email?
