Form field doesn't appear

Hello,

I have not much experience with Microsoft for marketing, but i've created a form field that doesn't appear in the list to pick it and drop it into the form.

Does anybody know why?

The field's name is 'Precio' and its status is 'Active'

And in the form it doesn't exist

I have the same question (0)

Hi Luisy,

Please check the following two points:

1. The option ‘Update contacts/ leads’ in the right-top corner of your form just like the following picture shown.

2. The settings ’Contact mapping’ and ‘Lead mapping’ of your form field.

• If the option ‘Update contacts/ leads’ is set as ‘Contacts and leads’, all the active form fields can be searched and selected.

• If the option ‘Update contacts/ leads’ is set as ‘Only contacts’, only the form fields mapped with Contact can be searched and selected.

• If the option ‘Update contacts/ leads’ is set as ‘Only leads’, only the form fields mapped with Lead can be searched and selected.
