In Dynamics 365 Power Chat is there a way to set up hot keys to paste in frequently used phrases or statements?

    Hi Rachel,

    I don't think you could set up the Keyboard shortcut in D365 Power Chat. Hope the following article about D365 Keyboard shortcut and Power Chat Configuration document could help.
