Hi Guys,

When I click to enter a detailed record in virtual entity does not show anything, I wonder this is normal condition? Is there any way to solve this problem? My crm is Dynamics 365 on-premise version.

Hello Stone,

Could you please let me know if you are using a custom connector or is it an out of the box one?

If it's a custom one, have you implemented the retrieve for the record?
