Due to sensitivity of personal data, we have export to excel disabled in Dynamics system so only certain security roles can export. But we are finding users use excel GET DATA or Power BI and connect to CRM API to fetch the data and export it. Is there a way to block API or CRM access to users from Excel or PowerBI but still keep CRM UI access? They still need access to CRM UI.
